I'm an Senior Level Leader with a passion for product, visual merchandising, and operations. I am an enthusiastic leader having contributed to the overall success of multiple large volume retailers including Target, Victoria's Secret, and Justice. I am a driven and collaborative Executive with skills in data research, business insights, planning, visual merchandising, and store operations. I drive engagement through leading a group of leaders to deliver best practices,a great guest experience, and operational excellence. I collaborate by leveraging store assessment walks, store huddles, improving our guest experience score, and being in stock above 80%.​Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retailing with a graduation date of Spring 2025. I currently work for Target as a Senior Executive Team Leader and lead fulfillment Operations in store (2021- Current). Previously, I have worked as a Brand Manager and Merchandising Manager for Victoria's Secret (2018-2021) , and an Assistant Operations Manager for Justice (2011-2018). I also have a high school diploma and have achieved certificates through Target for LEAD and Foundational Leadership.
